Hi all! I just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who has sent in feedback so far. It's really good to know so many of you are so enthusiastic about the book. All the comments are really appreciated.
I've updated Chapters 1 and 2 already to incorporate all the feedback from those chapters but I'm afraid I haven't had a chance to reply to emails not specifically about Chapter 1 and 2, I promise to do so ASAP!
