Is there any way to specify / produce transparency when using CGO in pymol?
It doesn't look like it, but I thought I'd ask

Best one I have found is mpeg_encoder from Berkeley, free but runs on linux
Also Adobe premiere but $$$

seems required, the command is not recognized under 0.98).
