I like the way GRASP can show internal cavity in a protein. I am
wondering whether it is possible to identify and show internal cavities
in a protein with pymol. I can identify internal cavities using voidoo,
but still can not get to show blob-like representation inside the cavity
with pymol.
Is there a way to get the current (is it 1.0r2?) svn pymol?
What I am using currently has a problem in which the tcltk menu
freezes after I use the pdb download plugin.
Thanks.

Bill,
See Source code? under the 1.0r2 news item at http://pymol.sf.net (may
need to refresh browser).
