I just installed pymol-py25 and APBS via fink.
I can use APBS to generate some beautiful electrostatic potential maps but
when I exit APBS the pymol command line is frozen. I can move molecules
around in the Pymol viewer but I cannot save the images or files.
Can anyone suggest a fix for this
Has anybody else played with presets and transparent surfaces?
When I do preset -> ligand site -> cartoon and then try to create a surface on
top of it, the surface cannot be shown as transparent; while if you try other
presets surface transparency seems to work OK.
Is there a reason for this b
