Hi, I have two proteins with same oligosacharide (triose) bound to them. I want to compare the superposition of the bound ligands. When I superpose the proteins, the ligands superpose partially. Is there any way I can calculate all the torsion angle different of oligosacchrides. Thanks -- Puneet
