Hi,
To perform the mutations I have followed the steps as per:

However, step 6. (apply) results in this:
Selector-Error: invalid model and.
( ( Model and _mutate_sel ) )--
Anyone with any ideas?

Hello all !
I would like to employ pymol to perform some mutagenesis.
At present there is the mutagenesis wizard. Is it possible to execute
this from the command line ?
i.e.
sel resi X
set mutant to CYS
mutate(x)
save strucutre
