and cartoon representations respectively and fiddle around with the clipping
and slabing I can't get it so that the channel is 'open' without

Help desperately needed. I need to make some stereo figures of electron
denisty for first thing tomorrow morning. I have the images made and have
ray-traced the stereo views using the commands:
set antialias,1

I have a double helix shown in blue and want to highlight certain bases in
yellow. I have tried the selection in a similar way to amino acids but that
doesn't seem to work...

The object TRF1_dna contains both strands of DNA. The chains are labelled X

I've been making images for publication of two structures. The one I've
coloured in green looks great on screen but when printed out in documents
there is no depth and all the helices merge into one. Is this a problem
with green or do I have a setting wrong?
