Hi,
I am trying to run build.py for SIP-win-nc-3.8 against QT 3.2.0 mteval320.
Win98, Python 2.3
Unfortunately, build.py fails with the message
"Error: NO Qt libraries could be found in C:\QT\32~0.EV\lib"
Now, there *are* lib files in that directory. These are:
QUI LIB 696.408 19.0

Hi Phil,
what do you think about the supplied patch. May be it's time to
tackle the "build into independant directory" again.

It almost seems to be that this should be generalized to support ot
Hi all,
This is a what-can-you-expect-from-Debian-the-next-few-months kind of
message, at least with respect to PyQt and related software.
Rigth now, I'm compiling latest versions of QScintilla, Sip and PyQt,
and they will sit this week on the the NEW queue, because they all have
"new" packages.

hi
I have Qt 3.1.2 for Linux and Pyton 2.3
I compiled sip 3.8 and scintilla-1.54.
but when compiling PyQT I get this error:
g++ -shared -Wl,-soname,libqtcanvascmodule.so.1
-Wl,-rpath,/usr/local/lib/python2.3/site-packages -o
libqtcanvascmodule.so.1.0.0 qtcanvascmodule.o
sipqtcanvasQCanvasText.o
Hi Pythonistas,
I've dedicated some CPU time und upload bandwidth for our beloved
project. Go to
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=61057
and find a pretty complete set of current packages.
Depending on, what you have intalled, it may be necessary to remove
the old packages
