pytest-twisted is a plugin for pytest, which allows to test code, which
uses the twisted framework.
pytest-twisted needs a new maintainer. The code is on github [1], so I
think it would make sense to move it to the new pytest-dev organization.

Yes, this is mostly for projects that have C extensions.
I did not move this under pytest-dev immediately because I thought I would
like first to see if others' feedback first. You think I should move it
right now?
