Do you need to understand a complex application? Most logging systems simply tell you some disjointed facts that you need to work hard to turn into a story. In contrast, Eliot provides structured, action-oriented logging: it tells you who did what and when, and whether it succeeded or failed. Eliot logs tell a story, of actions causing other actions.
