I saw this error in my scripts when using Python 2.5 on Ubuntu.
When imported trunk version instead of Python2.5 one, it disappeared.
So it's fixed in subprocess - def __del__

make make install
in ~/bin/idle3 when I press Ctrl+Space (according to the Edit menu,
