New submission from R. David Murray: It looks like something changed on the python.org server-side that is causing test_urllib2net tests test_urlwithfrag (and, on 3.4, test_redirect_url_withfrag) to fail because the fragment doesn't appear in the response url. Which is very puzzling. At leas
