Éric Araujo <mer...@netwok.org> added the comment: Oh, we all focused on “-debug is not recognized as --debug” and forgot that the bug report also said “optparse does not complain when -debug is specified” (not sure if that meant “added” or “given on the command line”). We have to check if the bug still applies on 2.6, 2.7, 3.1 and 3.2.
