Currently, I have a suspended pull request:

This pull request (1) fixes "CPython implementation detail:" label is
disappear when it's body is translated, and
(2) make the label translatable.
This change has zero impact on docs.python.org, it only help teams
working on translation, so go ahead.

This change creates an unnecessary maintenance burden for people who
works on Python documentation.
