Hello Gwyn, we are about to start rebuilding in Koji for Python 3.9 this or next week. In Copr, we built NumPy 1.19 rc1 from dist git and it causes some friction. I wonder whether you'd be OK to revert the commits and wait until the rebuilt is done? The new version was not built in rawhide
