NO pip*.exe anywhere for Python 3.10 -- and as I stated earlier in the thread, I even ran the Python Org installer python-3.10.11-amd64.exe in /repair/ mode; though if that just spawns off ensurepip the result does not repair anything, as ensurepip finds the library module valid. I had to /delete/ those files completely before ensurepip would do any processing.
