This is an initial announcement. Tobu is a freeform database / tagger / PIM and more. It works in both Linux and Windows and uses wxPython framework and pysqlite.
Comments, suggestions, feature requests and critique are gladly appreciated. Tutorial with links to download page and to graphical overview page is located at the following link.
