This is because the formatting of the year variable is not consistent.
This was added on the next commit:

This is fixed on the last upstream version
I will create a MR adding the correct formating.

With a recent upload of glibc the autopkgtest of pikepdf fails in
testing when that autopkgtest is run with the binary packages of
