Hallo,
I have distributed a small python module named kph.
It is an implementation of the Koelner Phonetik algorithm for indexing of
German speech. Do you think it would be nice to have this module available
as a debian package? It would be very nice if you could maintain this
as a package.

When rebuilt against python-defaults from experimental, python-scipy
failed to build from source. Tail of the build log:

Package: python-pygraph
Version: 1.7.0-1
Severity: important
Hi
python-pygraph should depend on python-pkg-resources, otherwise even
simple use cases will break because of the missing pkg_resources module:
Traceback (most recent call last):
from pygraph.classes.graph import graph
File "/usr
I can confirm this problem.
But it does not seem to be the libcairo2 update but instead the
libgl1-mesa-glx update to 7.10.1-4.
installing 7.7.1-4 from testing (with libcairo2 from unstable) fixes the
problem for me.

debian/*.install looks like this:
graphy usr/lib/python2.5/site-packages
The package will badly break once python-support stops supporting
python2.5.
