attached you find a patch that uses a similar technique to your
skip_tests.patch to disable building the issues on buildds.
As with your patch it is controlable via the DEB_BUILD_ISSUES variable.

Okay, after upgrading libgl1-mesa-dri and libgl1-mesa-glx from 7.0.3-6 to 7.2-1,
