node-moment in unstable is version 2.16.0+ds-1 now. Can I just do a
source-only upload of the same package to fix this?

sorry I didn't spot that. It's being packaged by Ximin Luo anf Gordon
[1]. If it's going to be uploaded in the next days, could we just wait
for it? Or should we do another upload to turn the Recommends into
Suggests for now?

since version 2.2 can be used for Python 2 and 3 I think this affects
also python-dateutil.
