In the svn repository python3-billiard is packaged and ready to be uploaded.

I'm guessing that it needs sponsorship?!

Michael, is billiard ready to be uploaded from svn trunk? Do you need
it sponsored?

Note that python3.4 has been added since, and the test-suite fails
under python3.4.
