Which is the easiest way to install pygtk for windows?

has anyone managed to open the r37 tarball from
http://sourceforge.net/projects/pythoncad/files/ in linux?
I'm trying to open it, as usual, with
# tar zxvf pythoncad.tar.gz
but I get a lot of errors and, at the end, only a link to
"/home/matteo/Programming/Git/pythoncad".
Any hints?

I think the link to the windows installer should be:
http://www.gtk.org/download-windows.html
Download page for PyGTK is: http://www.pygtk.org/downloads.html
From this page there is also a download link for the GTK runtime.
