[PythonCAD] Opening the r37 tarball

Hello again, has anyone managed to open the r37 tarball from http://sourceforge.net/projects/pythoncad/files/ in linux? I'm trying to open it, as usual, with # tar zxvf pythoncad.tar.gz but I get a lot of errors and, at the end, only a link to "/home/matteo/Programming/Git/pythoncad". Any hints?
