I'd would say having a prominant link on your most highly ranked page wrapped in a H1 and mentioning Python CE in the actual link text would be a good move.On 6/19/06,

I feel it would improve things if someone could start contacting the
authors/maintainers of some of the out of date PythonCE stuff floating
around and ask them if they could update/remove/point to current
stuff.

With the nice shiny new installer for PythonCE 2.3.5 this is the only dependency. How can we make it as painless as possible for people to get these when they download the installer? Can we have them appear on the Sourceforge download page?

PythonCE
I've always had a complete nightmare everytime I've tried to compile
something from source.
I'm sure lots of people who are competant in Python are lost in the
world of makefiles and such-like so I would like to vote for always
keeping an up-to-date binary available.

Regarding the Win32 extensions...
Is there a document that lists:
1. What does work.
2. What wont work because it's not relevant to WinCE
3. What could work given some extra work
I am particularly interesting in Win32.com.client which as I

If it was on proper Windows I'd be looking at using win32com.client to
do OLE automation for this sort of thing.
Is this sort of approach viable on Windows Mobile? If not is it
because of a lack in the Python Win32 modules or because WinCE doesn't
do this kind of COM automation?

have any idea how much of the
win32 extension module is supported under PythonCE? Fairly complete or
not?

Hi everyone.I have just joined the list due to a lovely HTC Universal popping through my post-box and would like to tinker with the thing without needing to get my hands dirty with C#.I am wondering how easy it is to access phone/PDA features from PythonCE. Did Pythoncom for CE ever make it into a
