dependencies that is automatically downloaded by setup.py / py2app now

This is really bizarre. I have a Python program that I've built many times
successfully in the past. Now I'm getting this error when I try to build it.
Nothing in the program itself has changed since I last built it
successfully, and I'm fairly confident that I haven't changed my Python

I think it's something to do with building on 10.6 Intel, and trying to
