WingIDE is a good tabbed editor, and its debugger is really first- rate. It's cross-platform. It isn't free, but it isn't exorbitant. (It *is* free for Open Source use; check out their licensing.) The *only* disadvantage, from my point of view, is that on OSX it runs under X11; but that's a

I would appreciate any recommendations as to which IDE to use on OS X. I understand that the MacPythonIDE has ceased development, and was advised to ask which IDE people are now using. I'm after something fairly lite. A module browser, basic file management etc. are all that are required, plus an
