Since these are GUI apps, there's little use for them from the terminal.. beyond open -a "Build Applet" or whatever. I'm -0 because these aren't really all that visible anyway and it just doesn't seem like a real win. BuildApplet will go away eventually, and PythonLauncher is rarely ever to
