Well I had a working checkimages.py till I had to switch to core's one, so I
considered it as a migration issue. Anyway thanks for your fix to my task and
for the patch.

Pywikibot fails to be able to startup on these wikis, as it needs siteinfo ,
and the api.py Request class also adds userinfo with several uiprops to every
meta request.

It seems to only occur when the site tests are run under SITE_ONLY. fr.wikt
has not re-appeared since it was moved to be a full test build.
