Pywikibot is only updated when the container is rebuilt for some reason,
usually because the Docker file is updated. Manually updating the version makes
sure that the container is rebuilt when a new release is out instead of relying
on other changes to trigger a

We (Toolforge admins) encourage people to use virtualenvs to install
dependencies for their tools as those will get you much more up to date
versions than what Debian ships and don't require us to install the
dependencies globally on all grid nodes. You need to

Toolforge Grid is currently being moved (T277653
<https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T277653>) from Debian 9/Stretch (ships with
python3-setuptools 33.1.1) to 10/Buster (40.8.0). The next Debian version,
