jayvdb added a comment. All of these methods fail in the current Wikibase because `get_item` uses lowercase `q`, and expects it to exist as a key. It may have previously worked, and still be needed for older installations of Wikibase. TASK DETAIL https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T111896 E
