TASK DESCRIPTION `cosmetic_changes` and `add_text` both have an identical `starsList` and substantially similar code to use the list. The `starsList` included templates such as the now deleted https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:Link_fa , which have been replaced by Wikidata's sitelinks with badges. While these templates have been removed, they are still necessary to correctly parse old revisions. The code could be disabled by default, as most users will never need it.
