It's an old script of mine; it shows the recent changes page ordered by
user instead of by time.

I am currently cleaning up Manual:Pywikibot/Scripts and I am wondering about
the rcsort.py script, which is in the IRC scripts section but it is a CGI
script. I am wondering why an CGI script is part of the pywikibot compat, as
far I know it is the only one. I think it should be removed
