There is some work ongoing at different places to add AArch64 (ARM64) support to QEMU. Most of that work is currently happening behind closed doors that won't open during the next few days.
But we should at least try and get the bits that are uncontroversial into QEMU, so that everyone can base off the same base. This patch set adds bits that are all based on publicly available information.
