From: KONRAD Frederic <fred.kon...@greensocs.com> As the virtio-blk-pci and virtio-blk-s390 are switched to the new API, we can use QOM casts and remove the separate init/exit for the old API. This shouldn't been applyied before virtio-blk-pci and virtio-blk-s390 refactoring as their VirtIODevice were not a QOM object.
