this is an update of QEMU/NEMU booting time.
After the preliminary results, Rob found the reason of NEMU delays:
they were related to the PIT and the PCI initialization. (He sent me a
temporary hack to fix the issues)
Afterward, he discovered that there is a huge difference between the
