I believe he's talking about the China DOS Union hack of MS-DOS 7.10
(from Windows 95 B/C or 98 FE/SE). It is gravely mislabelled as GPL,
even though it is not.

flavours of DOS in just qemu. But if you insist on using dosemu inside
of qemu, then you'll go best installing some minimal linux into the qemu
