At http://www.boblycat.org/~malc/code/patches/qemu/ you will find the latest retrace patch (5a_rqemu). Highlights of the release:
a. "Precise" retrace support With this i was able to run Pinball Fantasies for the first time in QEMU (it crashes later though, sigh).
