Solidworks will not work at all well ... it'd fall down to OpenGL mode and it 
is _VERY_ hardware specific ... even down to versions of drivers ... from my 
own personal experience ...

I would be very surprised if any 3D CAD system written in windows will work 
well in QEMU due to the graphical nature of the beast.

there are a few CAD packages out there that do run on Solaris, but of course 
they are not compatible with existing works by other people, at least not in 
the main ...

We have had some working, i've probably still got a couple sitting around, but 
the Windows boys wouldn't touch them because they already had a working CAD 
system, and the new guys got all pushy because the old guys coulnd't train them.
