Disable or change port number for libvirt dnsmasq service

Hi there, I see a bunch of answers from a google search but still not finding a solution that works. How can I disable or change the port number for the libvirt dnsmasq service? I need to make port 53 available on the main host. ❯ sudo lsof -i | grep dns dnsmasq 2458 libvirt-dnsmasq   

Need a help to install kvm 3.1.1

Hi I have a requirement to install kvm 3.1.1. I have installed an RHEL8.4 server and found that the kvm is installed by default and the version is 4.x. I couldn’t find the procedure to install kvm 3.3.1 on rhel and how to remove existing kvm version. It would be a great help if anyone can help me
