Hmm - for german translations grid is - as well as raster - translated
as Raster .. so there should be no Problem ..

- most analyses will result in single band rasters, so terms will converge

Just to be clear - this list is for *discussing* QGIS development and

The material on karlinapp is older than that on the wiki. Yes, there was a
MingW compiled version used for teaching, but it is not current state of the
software.
It is better to go the osgeo4w way with visual studio compiler and to follow
the tutorial on the wiki.

one-by-one it will be easier to rewrite that code completely. Search

rule-based rendering (SLinRBR), I found the implementation robust. I
