I have put up a pull request, see:

QgsLegendInterface really hasn't been updated since QGIS 1.5.

Hi all.
On one of the machines, the legend of the vector is not shown on the
TOC. I'm pretty sure there must be an option for it, but I cannot find
it: could anyone recall me?
Thanks.

Hi all.
If I classify a vector with a colour ramp, according to a field, then I
change the ramp, I found no way of updating the classification, other
than changing the field, reclassify, and then change it again: anyone
confirms? Should I open a ticket?
Thanks.

+1 for using the same widgets everywhere.
But the slowness when displaying all SVG symbols is still the case with

Hi,
in QGIS 1.8 you can (de)activate panels under Settings -> Panels. Under
settings Customization the panels are described as Docks. Would it be
possible to have only one name for it? Or is there a reason, why we have two
names for it?

Hi all.
The SVG symbols are now neatly classified on the Style manger (e.g.
Vector properties). They are still shown all together in the Print
composer. This is not nice to see, difficult to use on small screens,
and very slow to make a preview of all. Maybe this happens on other
places as well.

Hi all.
The plugin does not install (it complains about a missing qgswps module).
Furthermore, it should be moved under the "Web" menu.
Should I file two tickets under http://hub.qgis.org/projects/qgswps?
Thanks a lot.

Hi all.
The Geocoder plugin asks to define explicitely a SRS for the project.
This does not seem necessary, as the SRS is now defined according to the
first layer loaded: is this a legacy effect that can be removed, or
there is a reason for it?
The effect is confusing for users.
Thanks.

Hi,
I filed a bug report: http://hub.qgis.org/issues/6777
For me it is very easy to reproduce. Maybe the difference is that I
pick a symbol from a central, user-defined SVG symbol repository - not
one of the SVG symbols included in the QGIS distribution.
btw: I am using relative paths in my

It works here also using SVG markers...

Thanks Giuseppe,
I didn't reply to myself again, but I already found that answer, and it was
right :)
I also need to do a mapCanvas refresh.
I think that a signal should be emitted when e renderer is assigned to a
layer, and the QgsLegend should listen to it to refresh itself
automatically. Don't

you can update it using
iface.legendInterface().refreshLayerSymbology( layer )

Hey Régis,
I'm not sure we will still be having a feature freeze in December there is
still a bit to do, and personally I can't see us hitting a release target
of the start of next year.
I'm quite keen to having something this in QGIS so I'm happy to work on for
2.0 if no one objects.

Sure thing. You can assign it to me if you would like and when I get time
I will update it with information on what I come up with.

Hi,
I am using master with code revision
(b9b943d5e1580bdc17435598dd5be41eb0c2a853) from yesterday.
I noticed that SVG symbols do not load correctly anymore. One can
select the symbols correctly and save them - they are saved correctly,
but on the next project load it cannot find the symbol
