I just reversioned the GarminCustomMap plugin to 1.0, removed the experimental
flag and uploaded the new version to the repository.
If somebody with approval rights would be so kind to approve...
It should now work properly with QGIS 2.0.

In practice that help is either not available, or outdated or not
translated or (differently) duplicated into the Documentation
(and as a tranlator it is pretty boring to translate all the context
help texts).
