Hello Roberto, If your DTM raster is in *.bil or *.asc format then you can use LAStools' las2iso or blast2iso from the LiDAR Processing toolbox. All LAStools have native support for the BIL and ASC formats and convert these rasters on-the-fly into a point-cloud on a grid. Regards, Martin
