Hi all.
I'm told redmine temporarily throws an error
Application error
Rails application failed to start properly
(now it's ok, however).
BTW, do we have any plan to change the bug tracking system? After
years of use I still find it rather cumbersome,
Install Python 2.7 from source - not from yum. You will also need to compile
qgis against Python 2.7

Was a solution found for this error? I'm trying to build 2.6.1 and it's
falling foul of the same error that Mark talks about here, but it's beyond
my limited python skills to work out how to fix it.
Cheers

Hi all.
Loading a shp form a zipfile works smoothly. On the contrary, a
MapInfo file (.tab) throws an error (Layer not valid).
Confirmed on Debian and Win, qgis 2.6.1.
Am I missing something, or should I open a ticket?
All the best.

Hi
When I zoom in/out, the map contents is jumping to the upper left corner and
then jumps back to the right place. I'm on Ubuntu 14.04. Does anybody sees the
same effect?

There is a softer way to ask to call
Hi Denis

in map units, no?
The map units can be degrees and the layer units meters. Morover, the
distortion is not equal in x- and y- direction. So converting the 50cm
to degrees will be a different number depending where
