I have two projects in qwc. When I try to swich one projects the bbox is
the same and so one project i can diplay while the other project no becouse
the bbox is not changed, but the colled is right.
Both projects have the same epsg but different extension.
Do you have same idea?

As a continuation of my first answer to question 2: You might simply
delete the epgs:3006 definition from your QGIS srs.db database.
Its a sqlite database residing in directory ..\resources.
Open the database with a sqlite manager and in table "tbl_srs" delete
the row with column "auth_id" = 300
