The QGIS startup batch files reset the Windows environment. This causes
a problem for the DB2 provider as we need the DB2 libraries to be
included in the path.
Is there a straightforward way to handle this? Is this an issue for
other database providers?
We've handled this by hacking the QGI

No, because for those the dependencies are included. You could package
the dependencies and/or just add a batch file in %OSGEO4W

For the documentation purposes [0], I'm trying to understand how does work
the filter tool in the browser panel. I get some behaviour I don't know if
it's what's expected, a local bug or a code related. Let's activate the
filter tool, case insensitive.

Hi all,
I noticed some problems with label alignement.
I have a symbol in map units (a circle), within which I place a label
with font size in map units too.
It used to be centered in the circle, it is not anymore with QGIS master
81744ec.
