Dear QGIS-Developer.
Hello. My name is Sung-Hoon Jung.

Hi Paolo
The idea is to add more encouragement for users to upgrade to LTR if they
are lagging. It could have an effect if more plugins did this.
Thanks

Hi Tom,
I don't see a practical advantage in this. Maybe I'm missing something?
All the best.

My plugin works with QGIS 2.4. Despite that, is it worth setting it to
minimum 2.8 to align with the idea of the LTR? If so, is this idea worth
extending to, for example, the default minimum version set in the plugin
builder?

Hi devs,
Has someone already created a Rscript for processing which use an extent
in input parameters ?
By reading the code, I understand that extent parameter is not set in
the RScript.
In the method 'getImportCommands' of the 'RAlgorithm' class,
ParameterExtent is never transform to an R c

IMO I don't think this is the right use case for the message bar and could
see the user getting overwhelmed quickly.
Is there another place these. Even consider adding something to the status
bar if you have to but not into the message bar.

Busy with a plugin which retrieves (in separate threads) a lot of data

FYI - as of https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/commit/8ddcf76 you can now
just directly calculate date/time/datetime differences using "-", eg
to_date('2016-03-04')-to_date('2016-03-01')
This will return an interval object which you can then use seconds(),
