Hi Matthias, I approved 3 pending entries for you .
The current Projecta workflow makes entries disappear when you submit them,
and one with privileges must approve it (Tim, Richard and I, IIRC)
I agree this is surprising and suboptimal, but we rely on Tim's efforts for
having projecta, which is
Thanks Etienne and Richard,
I am aware that there is a documentation hook in place.
I was under the impression that in the past new changelogs where
pre-populated with commit messages containing [FEATURE] and I just had
to fill the details and add others that were missing. But if you say it,

These commits are added to the QGIS-Documentation issue tracker, but not in
the QGIS changelog.
Developers should do it themselves with the form.
We don't create always one changelog entry per feature, for instance with
new expressions, we create only one entry in the changelog referencing all

Nope, nothing is added automagically...
What we have is a githook which adds an issue in the documentation issue
list when a QGIS commit msg contains [FEATURE]:

Developers, Funders or just normal users have to add features for the

Hi,
interesting, even those commits tagged with [FEATURE] are not in the
changelog, if I am not wrong, those were added automatically in the past.

only 5 new features?

as far as I know/remember, nothing is changed from the AuthManager point of
view... only the sigleton has been moved as wrote by Nyall, as most of

Hi Jorge,
There are two possibilities, one is to use the full-blown API with
OrderBy class etc. And then there is a shorthand for this, called
QgsFeatureRequest.addOrderBy which is enough in 90% of the cases.
Short version:
request = QgsFeatureRequest()
request.addOrderBy('field_name')
