We have had the direct push forbidden to master for a bit of time and it
proved to be useful.
It apparently had been disabled and a direct push was made which broke
master.
I believe it's useless to list the advantages of enforcing the use of pull
requests, and I would probably fail to

I'm running into an issue with OAPIF and blob/binary fields, the
QgsJsonExporter does not currently handle that kind of field and just
convert them to string (whatever that means).
This is clearly wrong in case the blob does not contain ascii or UTF-8, I
think the way to go might be to base64
