Hi,
In the attribute form it's possible to add a QML widget. This pretty
much opens up all the fancy QML things in QGIS, so every QML module
which is installed can be used.

definitely yes. pleaase note however that the preferred option would be
not to duplicate the plugin, but to add a new version to the same repo.
